Ενα ταμπελάκι τύπου "προσεχώς" που να αναφέρει τους υπο επεξεργασία υπότιτλους

ώστε να υπολογίζουμε(θα μπορούσε στις πληροφορίες για τον εκάστοτε υπότιτλο να λέει ότι π.χ είναι σε φάση πιστοποίησης από τον admin)στο περίπου πότε θα βγει ο υπότιτλος για την οποιαδήποτε ταινία ή ντοκιμαντέρ.
